The Man in the Iron Mask
When a reckless young king orders a former Musketeer to hunt down a shadowy Jesuit assassin amid famine-fueled unrest, the legendary trio of Athos, Porthos and D’Artagnan must decide whether to protect the crown or ignite revolution.
“For the honor of a king. And the destiny of a country. All for one.”
Synopsis
Years have passed since the Three Musketeers—Aramis, Athos, and Porthos—last fought alongside their friend D'Artagnan. With the tyrannical King Louis using his power to cause chaos in the kingdom while his twin brother, Philippe, remains imprisoned, the Musketeers reunite to abduct Louis and replace him with Philippe.

Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.

💰 Box-office hit — grossed 5.2× its budget
Why 2.5×?
Cinemas keep roughly half of every ticket sold, and a wide release’s marketing often costs about as much again as the film — so a movie needs to gross around 2.5× its production budget just to break even theatrically. It’s a rule of thumb, not the studio’s ledger (home video and streaming come later).

We particularly welcome contributions from writers, producers, cast, crew, festival programmers, distributors, marketing teams, their families, and anyone who was there at any stage.
