The Memory Book

Chloe (Ory), an aspiring photographer, comes from a family marked by a history of unsuccessful relationships. While browsing at a local flea market, she discovers an old photo album from the 1970s that documents what appears to be a perfect romantic relationship between a happy couple, portrayed by Hindle and Barbeau. Frustrated by her own struggles in finding "true love," Chloe becomes determined to track down the couple and confirm whether such love truly exists. In her search, she meets Gabe Sinclair (Macfarlane), a mysterious yet charismatic bartender who joins her quest, eventually developing feelings for her. With limited means, the two embark on an adventure, following clues in hopes of locating the couple and, perhaps, finding love themselves. As their journey progresses, Chloe begins to develop an interest in Gabe, though she resists letting these emotions interfere with her mission. The film explores whether Chloe can overcome her fear of love and ultimately find happiness.
