Synopsis
As a Mexican revolutionary takes refuge in the United States as a rodeo clown, a cynical Polish mercenary recounts how he trained the idealistic peasant and worked alongside a committed female radical to influence the guerrilla leader Paco. During the 1910s, as Mexico waged a struggle against its repressive government and powerful landowners, Paco liberated villages while being pursued by the vengeful Curly. Throughout, he faced the temptation of turning to social banditry.
