Synopsis
The Michoacan File is a new documentary that tells the story of how Mexican cuisine became part of humanity's cultural heritage and its current impact on modern society. It describes the origins, history, and influences that make it infinitely varied in its recipes, varieties, and flavors. Narrated by Danny Trejo.
