A passionate teacher in 1960s Turkey fights to build a school in a remote village, defying tradition to give children and a disabled man the education they've been denied.
Synopsis
In the 1960s Turkish countryside, a newly assigned teacher arrives in a remote village only to discover that it lacks a school. As he grows attached to the villagers, particularly a disabled man, he takes initiative to help the community build a new school. Through his efforts, the children and the disabled man receive an education.
