The Neon Ceiling
Synopsis
A housewife and her teenage daughter, seeking escape from their monotonous lives, stop at a diner in the California desert. There, the mother encounters the diner's owner, a rough-hewn, beer-drinking artist whose primary artistic pursuit is collecting and mounting neon sculptures on the diner's ceiling.
