The New World
Synopsis
In this French comedy, Lucie, feeling the pressure of her biological clock, confides in her lesbian partner, Marion, about her desire to have a child. Marion agrees, and the couple begins the sensitive task of selecting a sperm donor, ultimately choosing Marion's former friend, Hugo. As Lucie and Marion navigate their unconventional route to parenthood, their journey draws a wide spectrum of responses from their friends and family.
