The Page Turner
Synopsis
Mélanie Prouvost, the daughter of a butcher and a talented pianist from a young age, is encouraged by her family to take the entrance exam for the Conservatory at the age of ten. Despite her considerable skill, she is thrown off by the dismissive demeanor of the jury president and fails the exam. A decade later, Mélanie returns, now serving as the page turner for the same jury president, biding her time and seeking to reclaim what was denied to her.
