Synopsis
TV MX, one of Mexico's leading television corporations, uncovers a scandal involving Governor Carmelo Vargas and his alleged involvement in serious crimes and illegal business activities. Concerned about his political future, Vargas seeks to rehabilitate his public image by entering into a secret agreement with the TV Corporation's billionaire owners. Carlos Rojo, an ambitious young news producer, and Ricardo Diaz, a prominent TV network reporter, are tasked with orchestrating a campaign to reshape the public's perception of the governor, transforming him at all costs into a political star and potential presidential candidate. The television network appears to believe that democracy is a mere formality, having already helped install a president—could they do it again?
