Synopsis
During a failed purse-snatching, a boy begins to reconsider the direction of his life. Billy Woodberry’s second film, and the first he completed in 16mm, is an adaptation of Langston Hughes’ short story *Thank You, Ma’am*. The film features music by Leadbelly, Thelonious Monk, and Miles Davis. (Ross Lipman)
