Synopsis

Andy Panda leads the "Hollywood Washbowl Orchestra," a group of farm animals located on a farm, in the title song. After removing a frog from beneath his wig, he begins conducting. The performance proceeds smoothly until his shirt gets caught on a nail; while he struggles with it, the orchestra launches into a swinging number. Regaining control, a chatty squirrel seated in the audience irritates the pig next to him; the pig then zips the squirrel's mouth shut. A bird lands on Andy's baton; he waves it, and birds numbered 2, 3, 4, and 5 appear, suggesting his baton has transformed into a magic wand. He waves again, and the birds vanish one by one, ultimately being replaced by a very happy cat. Two ducks perform as ballerinas; then one fox and one duck take the stage, but the second duck proves more difficult to capture.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 6

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
