Synopsis
A group of Nobel laureates arrives in Stockholm to receive their awards. Among them is Andrew Craig, an American novelist who was once a prominent literary figure but now writes pulp detective fiction to support himself. Known for his heavy drinking and numerous romantic entanglements, Craig becomes convinced that Dr. Max Stratman, the recipient of the physics prize, is an impostor. This belief draws Craig and his assigned chaperone into a Cold War-era kidnapping conspiracy.
