Synopsis
A cunning Broadway producer and his timid accountant scheme to make money by persuading wealthy elderly women to invest in a production that is deliberately overbudget. Their plan is to stage an inevitable failure, ensuring that no one will demand their money back. Nothing could be more disastrous, they believe, than a tasteless musical that glorifies Adolf Hitler.
