Synopsis
Billy Wong is a New York City police officer whose partner is killed during a robbery. Alongside his new partner, Danny Garoni, Billy is assigned security duties at a fashion show when Laura Shapiro, the daughter of a wealthy man, is kidnapped. Federal authorities suspect Laura's father has ties to Mr. Ko, a Hong Kong drug lord, prompting the New York City police commissioner to send the two officers to Hong Kong to conduct an investigation.
