The Robinsons: Lost in Space

In the year 2082, Earth was invaded by aliens, following a long-held belief that extraterrestrial life was purely science fiction. Major cities were devastated by the destruction caused by the beings from beyond the stars. The invasion was halted when Earth's armed forces, led by Colonel John Robinson, successfully repelled the invaders, marking a decisive victory known as "Robinson's Raid." Fifteen years later, John Robinson attends a ceremony to mark his retirement from his service in defending Earth from the alien threat. His dysfunctional family is among the few selected to participate in a space program aimed at establishing a new farming colony on a planet called Nova.
