Synopsis
The second film about Charles and Diana featured two relatively unknown actors in the lead roles: Christopher Baines, who had previously acted on the British stage and for the BBC, and Catherine Oxenberg, a U.S.-born, British-raised professional model making her acting debut. The supporting cast included notable performances, with Dana Wynter portraying Queen Elizabeth, Stewart Granger as Prince Philip, Olivia de Havilland as the Queen Mother, and Ray Milland in a supporting role as a general factotum around the Palace.
