The Santa Con
Synopsis
Nick DeMarco, a small-time con man, is required by his parole officer to take a minimum-wage job as a department store Santa during the holiday season, a task he strongly dislikes. Toward the end of his first shift, he makes a hasty promise to a young boy named Billy, assuring him that Santa will reunite his estranged parents by Christmas. Determined to fulfill his promise, Nick sets out to make it happen. As he gets to know Billy's mother, Carol, the question arises: will Nick ultimately choose to prioritize the happiness of others over his own?
