The School Bag
Synopsis
The bond between a mother and her son is indeed a special one. For Farooq and his Ammi, this bond is strong, though Farooq often longs for his father. They live in the small town of Peshawar, Pakistan. Farooq, a child with simple desires, wishes to meet his father as his birthday gift, as he has not seen him for a long time. However, his mother is uncertain how she can fulfill her son's request, as his father abandoned them for another woman. Unbeknownst to Farooq, something awaits him on his birthday.
