The Simple-Minded Murderer
Synopsis
Sven, described as feeble‑minded, loses his mother and takes a position as a farmhand on the affluent Höglund farm, where he works without pay and sleeps alongside the cows. He encounters Anna, who is disabled and becomes the first person to treat him as an adult. After reaching a breaking point with Höglund’s mistreatment, Sven moves in with Anna’s family. The plot was written by Mattias Thuresson.
