Synopsis
In a world where the ozone layer is rapidly depleting, strange and dangerous phenomena begin to emerge, including lethal insects taking to the skies. A scientist attempts to raise awareness about the impending crisis, but his warnings fall on deaf ears. As his dire predictions come to pass, people suddenly turn to him for solutions and guidance.
