The Swamp
Synopsis
In the midst of a scorching summer in northern Argentina, two middle-class families take refuge in a decaying country estate and a simple townhouse, where strained relationships and simmering tensions gradually surface through the presence of children and domestic staff. As the days pass slowly, filled with idle conversation, rumors, and unexpressed longings, the everyday dynamics between the families reveal the complexities of class, tradition, and faith.
