Synopsis
*The Tough Ones* follows the story of two friends struggling to find their place in society. Antti and Jussi are released from prison after serving time for a bank robbery. During their incarceration, the third man involved in the crime, who was not convicted, has become a police officer. He attempts to help his former accomplices adjust to life in a small town in Pohjanmaa, but instead, the two men start a black market liquor business. Their path appears to be leading them back to prison.
