The Umbrella Coup
Synopsis
Grégoire Lecomte, an actor eager to find a "real job," goes for a screen test for a role of a killer but accidentally encounters a group of mafiosi. Mistaking their don for a film producer, and being mistaken himself for a hitman they were expecting, Lecomte is tricked into signing a contract with them. He is assigned to kill gun dealer Otto Krampe at his birthday party in Saint-Tropez, using an umbrella with a built-in syringe containing potassium cyanide. Lecomte is unaware that the mission is a real murder.
