The Whale Who Wanted to Sing at the Met
Synopsis
The Metropolitan Opera is searching for a sea monster mentioned in newspaper headlines, as the creature is said to possess a beautiful singing voice. The "monster" is actually Willie, a whale capable of singing in multiple voices at once. Whitey, a gull and Willie's friend, informs him about the ship's search, prompting Willie to audition, as he has long dreamed of performing on stage. However, Professor Tetti Tatti from the Opera believes that one or more singers have been swallowed by the whale and must be rescued.
