The World in Your Window
Synopsis
Jesse, an eight-year-old boy, lives in a quiet, somber world, sharing a small caravan with his grieving father. Their lives are in a state of suspension, more about existing than truly living. Jesse instinctively feels that the past holds more clarity than the uncertain future, and so he clings to it. Their stagnation is disrupted when Jesse forms an unexpected bond with a transsexual woman who drives a V8, a connection that ultimately enables him to help free both himself and his father from their emotional isolation.
