Synopsis
During the Blitz of World War II, a female screenwriter develops a film intended to celebrate England's resilience and uplift a weary public. Her project focuses on dramatizing the true story of two sisters who carried out a maritime mission to rescue wounded soldiers. Her efforts, however, meet with mixed reactions from an all-male staff, many of whom are dismissive.
