This Time Around
Synopsis
Mel is given a second chance to change a painful memory from her past. In junior high, she and her best friend Gabby (Sara Rue) were considered geeks, and Mel had a crush on the popular Drew Hesler (Brian A. Green). When her crush becomes known, Drew cruelly plays a joke on her by pretending to be interested, only to publicly reject her in front of the entire school. Eleven years later, Mel and Gabby have grown into confident young women, with Mel now working as a public relations executive. When she is assigned to promote a new restaurant, she is surprised to learn that the owner is Drew Hesler, now a successful and attractive young entrepreneur.
