Synopsis

Ray Nettles, a detective from San Francisco, and his partner Fuzzy are forced to confront one of the city's most dangerous terrorist gangs. When one of the terrorists, the attractive scientist Claire Manning, is arrested, Swan, the gang's leader, threatens to detonate bombs across the city unless she is released. Concerned about the potential for mass casualties, Nettles seeks the assistance of explosive expert Frank Glass.
