Synopsis

In *Tiger Bay*, set in the docklands of Cardiff, street urchin Gillie witnesses a Polish sailor named Korchinsky brutally kill a young woman. Rather than reporting the crime, Gillie takes Korchinsky's shiny black revolver and runs. When Detective Graham discovers that Gillie has the murder weapon, the young girl creates a series of lies to mislead him.
