Synopsis
*To Have and to Hold* follows Alice, who is still in disbelief that her high school crush, the handsome, wealthy, and successful Joe Chambers, has chosen to marry her. She allows him to shape her into the ideal socialite wife he envisions. Despite her efforts to embody the woman Joe desires, he repeatedly proves unfaithful. As his infidelities begin to affect his career, Alice's life becomes increasingly unstable. She unexpectedly develops feelings for her best friend's boyfriend, leading her to question whether the fairy tale ending she once believed in might still be possible.
