Synopsis
In a futuristic Tokyo where police forces have been privatized and self-mutilation has become so common that advertising is frequently tailored to the "cutter" demographic, Ruka is determined to avenge her father's assassination. Ruka is a member of a police squad tasked with eliminating homicidal mutant humans known as "engineers," who have the ability to turn any injury into a weapon.
