Synopsis

Tommy, having lost his job, his romantic relationship, and a sense of direction in life, resides in a modest apartment above the Trees Lounge, a bar he often visits alongside a group of similarly disengaged regulars. He takes on a job driving an ice cream truck, but his life becomes complicated when he forms a connection with the seventeen-year-old niece of his ex-girlfriend. This relationship leads to conflict with her father, resulting in significant trouble for Tommy.
