A talented 17th‑century Dutch painter is hired to portrait a young married woman, and as they fall for each other they must navigate a dangerous affair while risking everything in the volatile tulip‑speculation boom.
Synopsis
An artist is commissioned to paint the portrait of a married young woman, and the two develop feelings for each other. Hoping to build a future together, they take part in the risky tulip market.
