Synopsis
*TV is a found footage essay film in which voicemails from an anonymous caller from the future guide viewers to the remote islands of Tuvalu, often described by global media as "the first country to disappear due to rising sea levels." A significant portion of Tuvalu's revenue comes from its .TV country-code web extension, widely used by the global video-streaming and television industries. The caller explains how heat, digital screens, and distance forced him to leave his sinking home and retreat into cyberspace, where rising waters cannot reach him.
