Synopsis
This Warners "economy cartoon" reuses footage from earlier Tweety and Sylvester cartoons, incorporating new material to create a new short. In it, Sylvester visits a psychiatrist to express his frustration over his inability to catch Tweety, with his past failures illustrated through clips from previous cartoons featuring the canary and the cat.
