Synopsis
Michel, the cheerful owner of the only café in a small town in Normandy, experiences a dramatic upheaval in his life when his teenage daughter is murdered. Initially supported by the local community, Michel soon finds himself the target of rumors and suspicion, leading to his isolation. What begins as a father figure admired by all quickly transforms into a man presumed guilty.
