Synopsis
When the police discover a necklace in possession of a criminal, a detective recalls that it was missing evidence from a murder case many years earlier. This leads to the realization that Jeff Hayes, who had been sentenced to life in prison, was actually innocent. After spending 18 years in jail, he is finally released but struggles to readjust to normal life. His father still believes he is guilty, and his ex-wife, Ellen, had told their son, Kerry, and her new husband, Paul Kramer, that Jeff had died.
