Vakantie in eigen land
Synopsis
Joep is facing the threat of bankruptcy, so this year the family holiday is not the usual luxurious stay in Portugal, but a modest domestic trip. In fact, the trip serves as an escape from Joep’s dealings with his criminal clients. Accompanied by his wife Claire and daughter Saskia, Joep stays in an old cabin at a fading campsite. Across from them, a Sinti family also sets up residence. While Claire and Joep are not eager to interact with the family, a pleasant connection develops between Saskia and Dukker, the Sinti family's son.
