Synopsis
In *Munich 1955*, German film star Veronika Voss becomes a drug addict under the control of corrupt Dr. Marianne Katz, who supplies her with morphine. After meeting sports writer Robert Krohn, Veronika begins to envision a return to stardom. As their relationship intensifies, Veronika starts seriously planning her comeback to the screen—only to realize the extent of her physical and emotional debilitation caused by her drug habit.
