Synopsis
Julian Michaels has created VICE, a high-tech resort where guests can indulge in their wildest fantasies with artificial inhabitants designed to look, think, and feel like humans. When one of these artificial beings becomes self-aware and escapes, she becomes a target in a conflict between Julian's hired mercenaries and a determined cop who wants to shut down VICE and end the violence.
