Synopsis
A television film from the "Polish Holidays" series, written and directed by Ryszard Bugajski, the creator of the well-known "Interrogation," follows a tragicomic narrative about life, transience, and inescapable fate. The story centers on three generations—grandfather, father, and son—who reunite, though they all sense the moment is fleeting. A serious illness looms over them. The gathering, arranged by the son in honor of Father's Day, offers them an opportunity to learn new values, overcome personal barriers, understand the meaning of life, address hidden regrets and grievances, strengthen family bonds, resolve conflicts, and clarify past misunderstandings.
