War Is Over!
Synopsis
Set in an alternate World War I reality where a senseless war continues to rage, two soldiers on opposing sides of the conflict engage in a game of chess. A carrier pigeon serves as the messenger, delivering each player's moves across the battlefield as the violence intensifies. The soldiers remain unaware of each other's identities as the game and the war reach their climactic final move. Regardless of who emerges victorious in the game, one truth remains evident: there are no winners in war.
