Water Circles Under Cotton Clouds

In a dystopian future shaped by recurring pandemics and political upheaval that has led to reactionary governments, a group of young people take refuge on the outskirts of a city after stealing a supply of vaccines. While some members of the group aim to sell the vaccines on the black market, others push for their distribution to the marginalized population, who, like them, lack access to vaccination. Tensions emerge within the group, fueled by discrimination based on sexuality and ethnicity, echoing past societal divisions and reflecting a world that has regressed. As desire and melancholy take hold, the characters find themselves overwhelmed by a reality that is both volatile and unpredictable.
