Synopsis

Madison Lane, a resort developer, is assigned the task of identifying a location for a new ski resort. Her boss instructs her to travel to Christmas, Colorado, to evaluate the site. On her arrival, Madison is involved in a minor collision with the town’s welcome sign. Town Sheriff Gage McBride offers her a ride into town so she can attend a meeting with the mayor while her car is towed and repaired. Unaware of the town's intentions, Madison is about to discover that the residents of Christmas are determined to persuade her that their town is the ideal location for the new resort.
