Synopsis
Pathé film number 380 was released in the United States as *What Happened to the Inquisitive Janitor* and in the United Kingdom as *Peeping Tom*. The title *What is Seen Through a Keyhole* was assigned later and is not considered the film's original title. The story follows a janitor as he cleans a hotel and begins to peek through keyholes to observe guests in their rooms. In room 8, a woman is preparing to enhance her appearance, and the janitor watches her. Other intriguing events are also taking place in the other rooms on the same floor.
