Synopsis
Nisha, a sixteen-year-old girl, leads a dual life. At home with her family, she is the ideal Pakistani daughter, but among her friends, she behaves like a typical Norwegian teenager. When her father discovers her in bed with her boyfriend, her two worlds clash violently. To make an example, Nisha's parents decide to kidnap her and send her to live with relatives in Pakistan. In a country she has never visited, Nisha is forced to adjust to the culture and expectations of her parents' background.
