Synopsis
Ed Lover and Doctor Dre are two incompetent barbers who decide to switch careers and become police officers. Their new roles prove problematic for their duty sergeant, Sgt. Cooper, who finds their lack of skill and professionalism frustrating and constantly hounds them. Nevertheless, the two manage to uncover a significant crime and go on to solve it in a manner uniquely their own.
