Synopsis
A neighborhood bully persuades Porky to take a puff from his cigar, which causes Porky to hallucinate a smoke-man named Nick O. Teen. During the hallucination, a musical number unfolds featuring cigars, cigarettes, and pipes performing in the style of the Three Stooges.
