Synopsis
The film is based on true events. Officers held in a POW camp make a desperate attempt to escape. A group of daring individuals take on the task of digging an underground tunnel to facilitate their escape. The film explores their moral dilemmas, as well as their solidarity and loyalty to one another, with these themes being especially highlighted in the final scenes.
