Synopsis
WikiRebels details the early hacker activities of Julian Assange and his later formation of an organization designed to allow whistleblowers to anonymously share information documenting crime and unethical behavior. The stated objective of the organization is to reveal instances of injustice, with the leaked video "Collateral Murder" serving as a prominent example. WikiRebels also highlights other films released by WikiLeaks and compiles the most significant leaks since the organization's founding in 2006, including the Iceland banking scandal, corruption and death squads in Kenya, and toxic dumping in Cote D’Ivoire.
